PURPOSE

The cycle of psychoeducational workshops focuses on managing and regulating negative
emotions that affect our daily lives. Sequential training in a series of workshops concerns
emotional intelligence, identifying and evaluating emotions, and how thoughts affect the way
we feel, interpret, and ultimately behave in a situation.

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Specifically, the topics concern:
▪ Emotional Intelligence
▪ Identification and evaluation of negative emotions
▪ Breaking the vicious feedback cycle of negative emotions

▪ Cognitive and Emotional Regulation
▪ Anger Management + Conflict Resolution
▪ Problem Solving Training

PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

*certificate of attendance will be issued by the certified Lifelong Learning Center of NGO IASIS.

* Since 2015, NGO IASIS, has been certified as complete
