The Explore yourself and others<\/strong> team is a self-knowledge group that aims to be a safe and
\nwarm place for sharing, communication, interaction and contact between participants.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The purpose<\/strong> of the group is that the participants:<\/p>\n

\u27a2 Become more aware of unknown parts of themselves,
\n\u27a2 Learn to communicate and express their thoughts and feelings in a verbal and non-verbal
\nway,
\n\u27a2 Learn to process and solve problematic situations in their lives,
\n\u27a2 Share and interact with others,
\n\u27a2 Learn to resolve their internal conflicts and deadlocks,
\n\u27a2 Learn to accept themselves and others,
\n\u27a2 Experience a better relationship with themselves and more harmonious relationships with
\nothers and their lives in general.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The content of the meetings will be based on Person-Centered directions and specifically on
\nthe meeting groups of Carl Rogers. In addition, the utilization of art and expressive arts in the
\ngroup process will be used.<\/p>\n<\/div>

\n\u2022 Solve \/ process difficulties and problems
\n\u2022 Group interaction and communication \/ collaboration

\n\u2022 Enhancing self-awareness and self-esteem<\/p>\n<\/div>

PARTICIPATION INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

A\u00a0*certificate of attendance<\/strong> will be issued by the certified Lifelong Learning Center of NGO IASIS.<\/p>\n

* Since 2015, NGO IASIS,<\/strong>\u00a0has been certified as complete
\nCenter for Psychosocial Education and Training \u2013 VET (\u039a\u0395\u0394\u0399\u0392\u0399\u039c 1) by the National
\nQualifications and Vocational Guidance Certification Organization (\u0395\u039f\u03a0\u03a0\u0395\u03a0)
\n(License code 2100625).<\/p>\n

Duration<\/strong>: 3 months 1.5 hours per week (with the possibility of extension for one year)<\/p>\n
