When the individuals faced problems with work or personal issues,\u00a0resilience\u00a0is how well they can adapt to these events in their life. Also, the key for this characteristic is that\u00a0resilience\u00a0is not a passive quality, but an active process.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The resilience is a personality characteristic, which are basically exists in all the individuals, some of these personalities are more resilient and some of them are less resilient. Building resilience is one of the most important steps to ensure the balance between personal and work life.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Through training, the trainees will be able to be endowed with the ability to cope well with pressure, adversity and uncertainty rely on developing behaviors, thoughts and actions. More specifically, a resistant person will be able to bounce back more quickly and with less stress than someone whose resilience is less developed.
